Andrew Heeler - Partner, Head of Company Law Department

Specialist areas: Andrew has been with Hegarty LLP since 1997 and heads the Company Law department.  He deals with all aspects of company and contract law matters including acquisitions, disposals, MBO/MBI, company and group structures, shareholder & partnership agreements, complex commercial contracts and franchise agreements.

Memberships: Vice chair and company secretary of Peterborough Environment City Trust (PECT) and vice chair of the Peterborough Careers Academy.

Ashley Kidd - Solicitor

Specialist areas: Ashley joined the firm as a trainee in September 2008 and qualified in September 2010. Ashley deals with contract reviews, contract reports, terms and conditions, business start ups, company incorporations and other company secretarial services. Ashley also assists Andrew on transactional work.
