Standard Terms and Conditions
It is vital that any business involved in the trade of goods
or services have terms and conditions controlling the transaction
with their clients and customers. We can either review your
existing terms and conditions and advise on areas where they
need to be improved or, if you do not have any terms and conditions
we can prepare bespoke terms and conditions on your behalf to
ensure you are fully protected. |

Bespoke Agreements
Every now and then you may encounter circumstances that are
outside your normal day to day trading. To ensure you are fully
protected we can prepare an individual contract for you to enter
into with the new customer or supplier to make sure the transaction
is controlled from a legal perspective. These types of agreements
are of particular importance if the area is on the edge of your
expertise or of a particularly high value. |

Contract Reports
Having concluded negotiations with a new client they may produce
either their standard terms and conditions or a contract that
has been prepared on their behalf. It is vital that you understand
the implications of the Contract before you sign it. We can
prepare a report for you highlighting all of the points that
are of significance within the Contract and, perhaps more importantly,
areas that are missing.
