Our team handles a full range of contractual disputes ranging
from basic terms and conditions disputes to performance issues
to complex company takeover agreement disputes. With contract
disputes there is very rarely a black and white answer as many
disputes revolve around interpretation of a particular clause
so it can often be essential to receive a full advice and view

Professional Negligence
We deal with all types of negligence claims against all types
of professionals including surveyors, architects, accountants,
solicitors and government departments. All such disputes are
now of course subject to the Professional Negligence Pre Action
Protocol, so part of our job is to ensure the client understands

Our construction team expertise crosses over with litigation
to form a team which deals with matters through arbitration
or the Pre Action Protocol through to the Technology And Construction
Court if required (or even the local County Court). All types
of construction litigation concerning JCT and non-JCT contracts,

Breach of Covenant/Injunctions
Our team deals with all types of covenant disputes, the most
common being restrictive covenants either in employment contracts
or sale agreements. Matters are handled swiftly (often involving
the seeking of an injunction) through to final litigation. mostly
in the High Court. We also deal with all nature of injunctive
relief sought , including freezing orders. |

acting upon the same, our team has litigated such matters against
private companies and government departments and has extensive
experience of dealing with all forms of defamation from start

institutional landlords and tenants advising upon matters such

matters. We also deal with larger land/boundary disputes for
