Employee Rights - Working Time Regulations
There are specific rules relating to different types of employees.
Please find summarised below the provisions for day workers and
adults. Please call if you have queries relating to night workers
or youths.

An employee may opt out of these rights in writing with the employer,
but may re-assess them by giving not less that 7 days notice to
the employer.
