Housing - Tenants
Hegarty LLP’s experienced lawyers will

- The terms of a tenancy agreement and the respective
obligations of the landlord and the tenant
- Advising upon court proceeding issued by
the landlord whether private landlord, local authority or other
social landlord e.g. housing associations. In particular having
regard to:
