Important note for first time buyers: Following the Budget 25 March 2010, first time buyers will not have to pay Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) on properties valued at £250,000 or less. This applies for buyer(s) that have not previously owned a property anywhere in the world and for completions that take place between 25 March 2010 and 25 March 2012.
