Personal Injury - Interactive Questionnaire

You have indicated that your accident was either totally or partially your fault.

If the accident was totally your fault, there is very little chance that you will be able to claim any compensation, as you are effectively to blame.

If however, you feel you were only partially at fault, you may be able to claim some compensation because you were not totally to blame for the accident. Whilst you may not be able to claim the same amount as if you were not to blame, it would no doubt help. You can read about one such real life case in our case studies section.
