We also provide a free online monitoring service which we encourage clients to use. When you complete the instruction form tick the box for ‘online monitoring of your transaction’. We will email the log in details and website link to you. You will simply need to go to the website link and log in with the details supplied. The updates to your property transaction will be displayed in a list format. We use a secure server and the login will be unique to you so you can be sure no one else will be able to see your transaction details.
The information will be supplied on tabs entitled ‘Client Notes’, ‘Case Plan’ and ‘Documents’ which show the information as follows:
There are two client notes pages, the first is the main page visible at login and is an area for your conveyancer to add notes that relate to non standard actions unique to your transaction and the second is located from the case plan page and is used if your conveyancer needs to expand on any of the standard steps taken.
As above, this details your name and address and the date your matter(s) was last updated in a summary box on the right of the screen with your active matters listed below. To view updates to your matter simply click on the name of your active matter(s). This will then show the standard steps taken on your matter with the most recent action first. For a description of the action simply click on the step name.
This contains relevant documents that relate to your matter. Your conveyancer will upload only the documents that require your attention.
