Following the Chancellor’s Autumn Budget, Ken will take you through the most recent topical tax issues including a budget review and help you understand the potential implications and tax planning opportunities for you and your business.

IR35 and April 2020 changes  Jez Howson, Senior Manager at Baldwins 

Jez will be discussing IR35 and the changes that are introduced from April 2020 for medium and large private sector businesses engaging with workers provided through employment intermediaries. Jez will touch on how businesses, recruitment agencies and contractors should be preparing for the changes and how IR35 can be determined.

Representations, Warranties and Indemnities – Andrew Heeler, Partner at Hegarty Solicitors
