We are recruiting a Residential Conveyancer to join our busy property team in Oakham on a full-time basis.
The role will entail the candidate dealing with an existing residential conveyancing caseload, handling property transactions from initial contact to completion, drafting contracts, sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold, lease extensions and exchanges. Experience of new build plot purchases and the Help to Buy process would be an advantage but the workload is likely to be more focused on second-hand sales and purchases.
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience of case management systems and document production systems, and will also have excellent client care and communication. You must be hard working, conscientious and willing to work as part of an established and experienced team.
