Hegarty LLP Solicitors, one of the region’s leading law firms are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our busy Residential Property team in Peterborough as a Trainee Case Handler.
The successful candidate will be trained to help manage a busy caseload working with a wide range of clients, private developers and investor purchasers, within the residential property team. The preferred candidate will be educated to A Level and some experience gained in an office environment would be an advantage.
Required skills include the proficient IT skills as you will be trained to use our case management and document production systems, attention to detail, and the ability to develop and maintain relationships. The preferred candidate will be familiar with the preparation and processing of documents and will be competent in the provision of efficient administrative support including: –
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Superior organisational skills
- Ability to work unsupervised and on own initiative
- Ability to work under pressure
This is a full time, permanent position with a starting salary of £19,200 which increases as each level of the training programme is completed. The role is based at our Peterborough office and the hours are 9 to 5.15 Monday to Friday with 25 days holiday in addition to Bank Holidays, pension scheme, bonus scheme and death in service insurance.
