Sarah Bent - Partner[/caption]Hegarty Solicitors are pleased to announce the promotion of two experienced legal advisors.Congratulations to Sarah Bent on becoming a Partner, and Simon Pierson who has been promoted to an Associate of the firm.Sarah has worked at Hegarty Solicitors since 2010 when she completed her LPC and became the Head of Residential Property in 2019.She deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchase, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, shared ownership sales or purchases and staircasing matters. Sarah and her team act for a range of clients from individuals and first-time buyers to experienced property buyers and sellers, limited companies, and executors. Sarah works in the Hegarty Solicitors Peterborough office and is currently on maternity leave, she looks forward to returning to the firm in her new role as Partner.“I am so grateful for the opportunity to become a Partner at the firm I have trained at and progressed my career with. Simon Pierson - Associate[/caption]Simon joined Hegarty Solicitors in 2015 and works at our Stamford office as a Conveyancing Executive.He has worked in conveyancing law for 8 years and deals with all types of residential conveyancing including sales and purchases of freehold, leasehold, and shared ownership properties.
