Make a Will Week 2019 - The Air Ambulance Service

Hegarty Solicitors are taking part in Make a Will week to support the Air Ambulance Service from 17^th – 21^st June 2019. We will be offering a limited number of free wills appointments at our Oakham office for basic wills* and amendments to existing wills during this week. In return, we encourage you to leave a in your will to the Air Ambulance Service.The Air Ambulance Service manages the national Children's Air Ambulance and the local ambulance services for Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Rutland. Their helicopters and critical care cars provide rapid response for medical emergencies to over 3.1 million people across the five counties.Your gift will make a great difference in helping a generous cause, as 1 in 7 of the Air Ambulance Service rescue missions are funded by gifts in wills. Your gift will ensure the Air Ambulance Service can continue supporting those that require their services.You can leave three types of gifts in your will:

• A share of your estate (residuary gift)
• A specific sum of money (pecuniary gift)
• An item like jewellery, furniture land or shares (specific gift)
