New subscription service offering employment law support for employers
In the ever changing arena of employment law it can be difficult to know how to proceed. Larger organisations often have dedicated HR personnel employed to keep abreast of changing legislation but smaller businesses can’t always afford specialist staff. This can lead to difficulties or expensive solutions for the businesses that can least afford them.

For a small monthly subscription fee employers will have access to unlimited telephone support from Hegarty’s experienced employment law solicitors. The “e-Ssential Solution” package starts from £25 per month and is priced in bands according to numbers of employees.

The flat fee subscription means no fear of an expensive or unexpected bill.
This service includes a free handbook review, registration to ‘e-ssentials’ (the firm’s regular employment law e-bulletin), priority attendance at employment law updates and training events. There is an option for indemnity insurance to cover Employment Tribunal action for an additional fee. Furthermore, where needed, we can provide HR services through the firm’s associate HR Consultant, Marissa Clausen.
