We welcome Kate Gardner to our residential conveyancing team.
Kate has joined the residential conveyancing team at our Oakham office to work alongside Catherine Fitches dealing with all aspects of conveyancing, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfer of equity and shared ownership.
Kate is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and has over 15 years of experience in residential conveyancing. She has previously worked for law firms in Melton Mowbray.
Kate adopts a practical, friendly and efficient approach to all property transactions.
