What are Powers of Attorney? Find out at our free seminar.

Find out what Powers of Attorney are and why they are so important at a free informative seminar hosted by Clayburn Court Care Home and Hegarty.

There may be a time when you need someone to help you manage your property and affairs or personal welfare; experts at Hegarty Solicitors, who specialise in all aspects of wills, trusts and wealth management, will be talking about Powers of Attorney at a free seminar at Clayburn Court Care Home in Hampton, Peterborough on Thursday 25th August at 5pm.

Our Wills, Trusts and Probate team will explain the different types of Powers of Attorney and the choices available at the free seminar. We will also discuss having a Lasting Power of Attorney in place to ensure that if you are no longer able to make decisions for yourself, the people you trust can act to make decisions on your behalf.

Refreshments will be provided at the seminar and there will also be an opportunity to ask any questions you may have about your choices.

The seminar will also cover methods of paying for care fees and seminar attendees will have an opportunity to view Clayburn Court Care Home.

To book your place on the free seminar please contact Allison Purkiss, at Clayburn Court Care Home on 07483 168 366.
