Emma Carter is a solicitor in the Wills, Trust & Probate department. She studied at St. Catharine’s College Cambridge and qualified in 1999. She joined Hegarty in 2010 where she worked in the Employment Law department until September 2014.
Emma now specialises in private client services such as Wills, powers of attorney, probate application and administration of estates and trusts together with Court of Protection applications. She has a STEP advanced certificate in Will Preparation and is a member of STEP.
