Jo Wild is an Associate in the Wills and Trusts department. She studied at the University of Mid Glamorgan and later at the College of Law, Chester. She qualified as a solicitor in 1992 and has been with Hegarty Solicitors since 2006.
Jo specialises in wills, powers of attorney, probate and care fee planning. She has specialist experience in elderly client issues and is a member of Solicitors for the Elderly. She is also a member of the Law Society’s Private Client Section and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
As well as the benefit of more than 20 years’ experience in private client legal matters, Jo offers a flexible and sympathetic approach; she is happy to make home visits and offer appointments out of working hours where this is helpful. Jo has fostered a wealth of professional relationships in the area since moving to Stamford in 2006 and this, along with her dedication to going above and beyond for her clients, has prompted her promotion to Associate in May 2015.
Jo regularly contributes legal advice to local newspaper the Stamford Mercury and speaks at various events across Stamford, Rutland and Peterborough.
