Joy Plummer is Partner and Head of Commercial Property at Hegarty Solicitors.
Joy qualified as a solicitor in 1996 and joined Hegarty Solicitors in 2014. Joy has considerable experience at both a regional and local level and has many contacts in the Peterborough, Stamford and Oakham areas. She specialises in commercial property related matters including buying and selling properties, negotiating agreements, landlord and tenant matters and land law.
As a Fellow of the Agricultural Law Association (ALA), a member of the Country Land and Business Association (CLA) and the National Farmers’ Union (NFU) Joy brings particular expertise in rural land and property-related matters.
