Marissa Clausen works with the firm as an HR Consultant.

Marissa is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and has over 20 years’ experience in a range of organisations across both the private and public sectors. Through this extensive experience, she has developed expert knowledge across a spectrum of HR disciplines which she applies pragmatically in the business environment.

Marissa offers practical solutions on matters relating to the whole employment lifecycle including resource planning and organisation design; developing employment documents such as contracts and employee handbooks; managing employee relations issues; and advising on employee engagement and people development.
