Rachael began working for Hegarty Solicitors after moving to Peterborough in April 2022 as a Chartered Legal Executive in our Wills, Trusts and Probate team.

She qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive back in 2017 and has worked in the Private Client department for over a decade. Throughout her years of experience, Rachael has dealt with a variety of cases including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Deputyship Orders, and all aspects of estate administration, as well as assisting clients with Inheritance Tax planning and protection against care fees.
