Sarah Martin is a Senior Associate in the Residential Conveyancing Department. She began her career in law in 2004, working at a local firm of solicitors. She worked in their commercial property department for 2 years and in their residential property department for 6 years. She qualified in 2011 and joined Hegarty in 2012. In 2021, Sarah was promoted to Associate of the firm in recognition of her achievements and expertise.
Sarah is a CILEX practitioner and deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages and shared ownership transactions.
With many years of experience, Sarah offers a well-rounded approach, is extremely conscientious and dedicated to providing a high standard of client care.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending as much time as she can with her partner and two daughters.
