Simon joined Hegarty in 2015 and is based at our Stamford office. He has worked in conveyancing for 9 years having previous careers in the NHS and education.
As an associate conveyancing executive of the firm, Simon deals in all aspects of residential conveyancing, primarily supporting clients with the sale and purchase, transfer of equity or re-mortgage of freehold, leasehold or shared ownership property, supported by his team Emily Kavanagh.
Simon is very customer focused and aims to provide his clients with a smooth transition into their new homes, ensuring they are fully informed at every step of the way. He is available and approachable to clients, always working to be proactive and helpful.
Outside of work Simon enjoys spending time with his wife and family, including his dog, cat and tortoise.
