How much you will have to pay for your conveyancing depends on whether you are buying or selling property (or both), the value of the property you are selling / purchasing, and whether the property is leasehold or freehold. Our calculator will show you how much you can expect to pay based on your individual circumstances, with no hidden extras.
We also offer no-move no-fee insurance to protect you in the event that your house sale or purchase doesn’t go as planned.
Important information for buildings exceeding 5 storeys or 11 metres
We are currently unable to act on sales or purchases of leasehold flats in blocks that exceed 5 storeys or 11 metres in height, due to recent Building and Fire Safety legislation changes. We are awaiting clarification from the government and mortgage lenders before we are able to resume work on properties of this type. All quotes given therefore are provided on the assumption that the property does not fall within this category.
Remortgaging
If you are remortgaging we charge a fixed fee of £750+VAT or £930+VAT if the remortgage includes a transfer of equity plus disbursements.
