What is the Conveyancing Quality Scheme Accreditation?

The Conveyancing Quality Scheme accreditation (CQS) was launched by The Law Society in 2011 with the aim of providing a recognised quality standard for practices that are authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) that offer residential conveyancing.The membership process involves undertaking an assessment which is reviewed on an annual basis to ensure that the members have the skills and knowledge that is required to hold the accreditation.
